TOP OOAK = One Of A Kind What forms of payment do you accept? TOP At this time I accept  secure online payments through Paypal  Money Orders (work is not started until I receive the money order in the mail.)  Personal Checks (again work not started until I receive check and it clears.) I already have a logo, can it be added to one of your designs? TOP Absolutly! I would be more then happy to add your logo to one of my designs at no extra charge. I just ask that the logo be high quailty and not blurry or very small. Can I use my graphics for my printed matter, such as my hang tags and newsletter, etc.? TOP Yes, You can use anything that comes with your design. Since most of my templates are OOAK'S virtually they are yours to do what you wish with. Can I get the layered .psd and/or .jpg files so I can create printable items myself? TOP At this time I do not provide this service. If you can copy and paste the images then you can use them how they are... How long before I can expect my order? TOP I try to be very quick with completing your order it makes it faster if your very detailed in your request. ORDERS ARE ON A ONE WEEK TURN AROUND USING BUSINESS DAYS ONLY! HOURS OF OPERATION MON-THURS 8AM-8PM of course custom website templates will take longer then 1 week!!! They are a work in progress so the times and completion will depend on the style and revisions that need to be made. Do you add my categories, products and content? TOP No, this is an extra service that must be purchased separately. I will however link you to some tutorials that tell you how to do this yourself. Do you maintain the website(s) that you create? TOP No.  I do offer support on my designs if you host with Pappashop, Shoppepro or Merchant Moms, but you will be in charge of maintaining your own site. Which hosting company should I choose? TOP I prefer Pappashop Merchant Moms or ShoppePro. I have not yet worked with any other hosting but I am willing to give it a try. I will say that I can not promise that I will be able to get it to work. But I will give you all the HTML code that is used on your template and you may be able to find someone who can install it for you. Do your prices include installation of the design? TOP Yes, my prices include installation What are banners? TOP Banners are like INTERNET business cards to advertise with on Top Site lists and etc.  Advertising helps bring traffic to your site. Do I need to know HTML to maintain my website? TOP It depends on the host that you have purchased your website if you use Pappashop, Merchant Moms or Shoppepro then no you do not need to know HTML. What do I need to do after I purchase a website design? TOP After you purchase a website design you will need to forward me the store admin login information for your website. Forward the registration email that you receive from either host after you sign up for hosting. It is a long email with a few user names and passwords. If I buy a Tshirt Graphic can I sell it as is to anyone else? TOP ABSOLULTY NOT! You can however make as many tshirt transfers as u want and sell those but just because u buy the image does not mean you own it to sell as is...You only own the right to make shirts or iron on transfers with them.
